Spring was slow to start - so how can it already feel like summer? Because we went to Camp Dearborn!! We took advantage of a day without rain (started about 5 minutes after we packed up the cars and headed home though - thank you to Greg's fancy phone) and drove up Saturday. Hokey as it sounds, the City of Dearborn owns a "camp" it what used to be the sticks, but Macedon is more rural now adays. This Saturday was the Tin Can Tourists open house. I'll post some photos of the unbelievable antique campers soon (need to rotate and crop some). Makes you want to load a cooler with graham crackers, chocolate bars, and marshmallows and hit the road. We also spent some time with friends up there to make the day complete.
We are camping there for a week in August - the kids will think they've died and gone to heaven.
